1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" or "Service" refers to the letoto website, accessible at letoto.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to letoto, the operator of this online betting platform.
• "You," "Your," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the user profile created upon successful registration, containing personal details, transaction history, and betting records.
• "Funds" refers to all deposits, winnings, bonuses, and other monetary value held in your Account balance.
• "Games" refers to all betting products available on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming products.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on Games using Funds from your Account.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency accepted on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the letoto Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an Account.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use the letoto Platform and participate in any Games, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You are not acting under duress, undue influence, or incapacity.
• Geographic Location: You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of Account registration and when accessing the Platform. We reserve the right to implement IP address verification, geolocation checks, and other technical measures to confirm your location.
• Personal Use: You may only register one Account per person. Accounts must be in your own name and used exclusively by you. Account sharing, lending, or transfer to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• No Professional Restrictions: You are not employed by letoto or any affiliated entity. You are not a professional sports bettor, syndicate operator, or individual attempting to gain unfair advantage through insider information, collusion, or technical exploitation.
• Legal Compliance: Your use of the Platform does not violate any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. While letoto operates under international licensing, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by region and you are responsible for ensuring your compliance with local regulations.

letoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4. Account Registration

To access Games on the letoto Platform, you must complete the Account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Unique username and strong password

You agree to immediately update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

letoto is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations and security protocols, we require all users to complete KYC verification. This process involves submitting scanned copies or clear photographs of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months showing your name and residential address matching your registration details.
• Payment Method Verification: For certain transactions, we may require proof of ownership for the payment method used, such as a bank statement showing your name and account number, or a photograph of your bank card (with middle digits obscured for security).

KYC verification must typically be completed before your first withdrawal, though we reserve the right to request verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if verification is incomplete or documents are deemed insufficient. All submitted documents are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is presumed to be authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, Bets, and actions taken using your login credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify letoto customer support. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance Account security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The letoto Platform supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Indonesian users, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status.
• Processing Time: Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits process near-instantly. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays until the next business day.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at our prevailing exchange rate, which may include a conversion fee.
• Third-Party Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments from an account not matching your registered details) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded, minus any processing fees.

Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-4 hours for standard members during business hours. VIP members enjoy expedited processing. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete or if additional security checks are required.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified Indonesian bank account registered in your name. This anti-money laundering measure ensures Funds return to the legitimate Account holder.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal eligibility. This standard industry practice prevents the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. Bonus Funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the Bonuses and Promotions section.
• Verification Requirements: First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional identity verification. We may request supplementary documents or conduct video verification calls to confirm your identity.

Fees and Limits

letoto does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your Account tier and history. VIP members enjoy higher limits.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

letoto offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional material. Key principles governing all bonuses include:

General Bonus Terms

• Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to verified Accounts that have completed KYC verification. One bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) and specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total Bets before withdrawal eligibility.
• Game Contribution: Not all Games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at lower percentages. Specific contribution rates will be stated in bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While wagering bonus Funds, maximum bet limits per round or spin may apply (commonly Rp 25,000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Time Limits: Bonuses typically expire within 7-30 days of issuance unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses or incomplete wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture upon expiration.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals made before completing wagering requirements will void all bonus Funds and associated winnings. In some cases, only the deposited amount (minus any bonus used for wagering) will be returned.

Bonus Abuse

letoto reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated play with other users, betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting both sides of a sports market), or any other activity deemed to exploit bonuses unfairly. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and Funds forfeited.

7. Betting Rules

All Bets placed on the letoto Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to specific rules applicable to individual Games:

Bet Acceptance

• A Bet is considered accepted only when you receive on-screen confirmation and the Bet appears in your Account history. We reserve the right to refuse any Bet without providing a reason.
• Once accepted, Bets cannot be canceled, amended, or withdrawn except in circumstances where the Game or event is canceled or voided according to our rules.
• In the event of technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes (commonly called "palpable errors"), or system malfunctions, we reserve the right to void affected Bets even after acceptance. Examples include odds displayed incorrectly due to human or system error, or events with incorrect start times.

Sports Betting

• Settlement: Sports Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIA for Formula 1). Results may be subject to change if official results are amended due to protests, disqualifications, or other factors.
• Postponed Events: If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, Bets remain valid. If the event is postponed beyond 48 hours or canceled, Bets are typically voided and stakes returned.
• Abandoned Events: If an event is abandoned, settlement depends on the market type. Some markets are settled based on the score at the time of abandonment, while others are voided. Specific rules are published in our sports betting rules section.

Casino and Slot Games

• All casino Games and slots use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each Game and represent the theoretical payout over extended play. Actual session results will vary due to variance and statistical probability.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain Games. Details are displayed in Game information screens.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding Bet settlement, Game results, or other matters, you must contact letoto customer support within 7 days of the disputed event. We will investigate all disputes fairly and provide a written response. Our decision on all disputes is final and binding. Malfunction or system error voids all Bets and gameplay affected.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the letoto Platform in a lawful and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, engaging in chargebacks after receiving funds, providing false identity documents, or any other form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain unfair advantage, sharing Account information, or participating in syndicate betting without authorization.
• Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or system errors for personal gain. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform.
• Offensive Behavior: Using offensive language, harassing other users or staff, or engaging in discriminatory behavior in any communication channels.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technology to place Bets without manual input is prohibited unless expressly authorized by letoto.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account per person to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or engage in any prohibited activity.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in Account suspension, termination, voiding of Bets and winnings, and forfeiture of Account balance. In serious cases, we may report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, letoto shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access or use of the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data by third parties.
• Technical failures including server downtime, network connectivity issues, software malfunctions, or interruptions to service.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, banks, or other service providers.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Funds deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement and close your Account at any time.

Your Right to Close

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance (after deducting pending Bets and applicable fees) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 7-14 business days. Outstanding bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with your Account.
• You fail to provide requested verification documents within specified timeframes.
• We determine that continuing the relationship poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to letoto.
• You become bankrupt, insolvent, or enter into any arrangement with creditors.

Upon termination by letoto for breach of Terms, your Account balance may be forfeited. If termination occurs without breach, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonuses and associated winnings under investigation) will be returned to you after completion of any required investigations.

Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must not attempt to register a new Account or access the Platform using alternative means. Any attempt to circumvent Account closure may result in legal action and reporting to relevant authorities.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which letoto is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting letoto customer support. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to participate in good faith mediation before pursuing litigation.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

Final Provisions
